Upstairs the stylish master bedroom has a contemporary ensuite and the second bedroom has a zip and link bed that can be either a King or a Twin. The second bathroom has a bath (as well as a shower over) ideal for soaking your muscles after a long day of walking in the fells.  

Outside is a small private garden, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is also an outbuilding complete with washing machine and tumble drier and loads of room to store bikes.  

Parking is via parking permit, several car parks being just a few minute’s walk away. This permit is a handy addition to your holiday as it also allows you to park in other car parks around the South Lakes. Dropping off your luggage is also easy with one hour parking directly outside the house (with a parking disc).  

With Ambleside’s shops and restaurants (offering delicious meals) and stunning lakeside walks all just a stroll away, Holmdale is the perfect base for exploring all that the Lakes has to offer.
